Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by FIS Courier at a flat rate of 5euros per order. Estimated delivery time is one (1) working day after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
International Shipping is carried out by DHL Express Worldwide. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to five (5) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders and it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. All our packages contain a return address label to use when you send items back. The return fee is 5,00 €.
In order to return your order you have to fill in the return form.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds for pierced jewellery or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Underwear is returnable as long as unworn and with all the barcode tags.
This may not apply if there is a fault with your item. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for customized products.
All items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.
All returns must be made by post.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
In case you are not completely happy with your look purchase, you can return the entire look and we will refund the amount paid following the procedure described in the returns section. If the look doesn't "fit" you can always ask for a different size by sending an email to customer service department. Please note that Fashionnoiz doesn't cover any additional shipping expenses.
